Will, Trusts and Supplemental Needs Trusts
Our lawyer helps senior citizens with estate planning in order to leave money to their children or grandchildren in the forms of wills and trusts. In some cases, we recommend that clients use a supplemental needs trust. Under this trust, parents or grandparents can leave money to a mentally or physically disabled child. The child can still receive Social Security disability benefits and have access to their inherited money at a future date.
